The exhibition is held by the world-famous Düsseldorf Exhibition Company every four years. It is the world's leading metallurgical foundry industry exhibition. The exhibition covers four major themes:
1. The 14th International Foundry Exchange Expo (GIFA 2019);
2. The 10th International Metallurgical Technology and Products Trade Fair (METEC 2019);
3. The 12th International Heat Treatment Technology and Equipment, Product Expo And the exchange meeting (THERMPROCESS 2019);
